Because many Fantique products are curated, themed, or surprise-based, the specific items pictured in promotional materials are examples and are not guaranteed to be included in your order unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Mystery Scoops & Mystery Products

Our Mystery Scoops and other mystery products contain items selected according to the product description, available inventory, and the theme or preferences provided by the customer.

The contents of each Mystery Scoop will vary. Purchasing multiple scoops does not guarantee completely different items unless specifically stated in the product listing.

Themes and character preferences are requests used to guide our selection process. Availability may vary, and we cannot guarantee a specific character, design, color, brand, or individual item unless expressly stated.

Mystery Scoops and other qualifying customized mystery products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds except when required by applicable law or when there is a verified issue with the order, such as damage, defects, missing merchandise, or an error on our part.

4. Gatcha Gifts & Add-Ons

Gatcha Gifts are surprise premium items and may vary depending on theme and available inventory. Examples shown or mentioned in product descriptions are intended to demonstrate the types of products that may be included and do not guarantee a particular item.

Add-ons must be purchased with an eligible product when specified. Add-ons purchased without a qualifying product may be canceled and refunded.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website and may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product-description, promotional, or other errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you before fulfilling the order or cancel and refund the affected purchase when appropriate.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order is fulfilled.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated according to the information presented during checkout.

6. Orders & Cancellations

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or limit an order for legitimate business reasons, including inventory shortages, payment issues, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or inability to fulfill a requested theme.

If you request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already entered customization, selection, packing, or shipping may not be eligible for cancellation.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Estimated processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's operations and policies.

If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact us so we can assist where reasonably possible.

8. Returns & Refunds

Eligible standard retail merchandise may be returned according to our 30-day Refund & Return Policy.

Mystery Scoops, customized mystery boxes, and other products identified as final sale are excluded from standard returns.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us promptly with your order information and photographs when applicable.

Our Refund & Return Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Social Media & Boxing Videos

If you purchase or otherwise request a Social Media Boxing Video, you authorize us to record your order being selected, prepared, packaged, or presented and to publish that content on our business's social media channels and other promotional platforms.

We will make reasonable efforts to avoid intentionally displaying sensitive customer information such as your full shipping address, payment information, telephone number, or email address.

Purchasing a video add-on does not guarantee specific views, likes, shares, engagement, or other social-media performance.

10. Promotions, Discounts & Giveaways

Promotional codes, discounts, giveaways, and special offers may be subject to additional terms and eligibility requirements.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined and have no cash value.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
